We require 50% Deposit for the rental items.
We accept Credit Card, Check, ACH Payment, and Online Payment Processor like (Stripe or Zelle).
Any cancellations or deletions from your reservation must be made two weeks prior to the event date to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. A security deposit is required on all rentals secured by cash and is refundable upon return of all items, on time, clean and complete.
Yes, We offer refunds if the reason for the cancelation is valid.
We will charge the items that were damaged during the event through a damage waiver.
